REFUND /HLC***

My house was financed by Standard Bank When I settled my it in December, I was thinking that since I settled my house, I would need a home insurance for my structure, I then contacted Standard Bank to quote and get a contract of which I did. The premium that I was paying was R391. 00 I have been paying that amount since January 2022 till this month, I have contract for house contents with Iwyze, in May 2022 when the lawyers informed me telephonicaly that the process of the cancelation of the bond has started I then contacted Iwyze to include the home structure policy of which they did, thinking that when lawyers are done I will cancel Standard bank home insurance

I contacted standard bank for the refund, I was told to email some documents of which I did, after 7 days no refund, no response, when I call, I was told that they need a policy structure in order to refund of which I did, afterwards no response since I told about 7 days prior refund

I called again, I was asked if I forwarded what they requested, I was surprised, I told the lady the day I forwarded which was the 16th August 2022 and the time was 9h03 am, I was told that they forward again for refund, mind you I always wait for 7 day s, today the 9th September 2022,i received an email to request more documents

TELL ME WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE IS THIS??? JUST FOR A MERE REFUND, THEY ARE UNABLE TO REQUEST EVERY DOCUMENT THAT THEY WANT, INSTEAD EVERY WEEK IT'S A STORY, JUST TO REFUND IAM SO MAD AT THESE PEOPLE
