Poor service from Standard Bank Homeloans division

Standard bank home loan division is the worse service ever, since LAST YEAR NOVEMBER i have been calling them requesting that i fix my interest rate, my monthly installments has gone up twice already after November, almost every week i call and they say they will forward the issue but nothing. I am so unhappy with standard bank, i now wish to change my mortgage loan to a different bank.
