poor service

I have a home insurance with standard bank which caught fire from a neighbour's negligence. Standard Bank appointed a contractor who never contacted me when doing the work. The window is not repaired since June. I have made several calls, no help even the promise the send the approved scope of works has not been done. I have not been able to claim for the lost rental saying I need to wait they come back to me.
