Policy irregularities

On the 20th March 2023'i contacted Standard Bank Home Insurance from Centurion Branch.I was assisted by Mr Lucky Lephondo,he verified my Policy No: ***7.But he also asked me about the 2nd property I'm a paying for since 2014.Stand No 1217 Parkhaven Ext 8,? city. I informed him I only have 1 property.He then suggested we do Valuation,which was done on the 27th March 2023 by Mr Durell Erin Canham.He sent the report.

But my concern is that I'm not getting any feedback regarding the property I have been paying for since 2014.

Kindly provide me with this report & assist with reimbur*****t.
