NOT INSURANCE MORE LIKE THE BIGGEST BEGGER GETS SUB-STANDARD SERVICE!!!!

INSURANCE??? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I had a house fire 6 months ago and my house is STILL NOT repaired. I have made endless requests to the bank. I DO NOT even want to mention the extremely disappointing service from the "assessor" who does not deem a site visit "necessary". My home is flooded due to the poor work done on my roof despite me raising concerns with the contractor several times!!! I am forced to live with a maggot infested kitchen as the contractor refuses to repair a bic that was damaged during the fired and because of the water used to extinguish the fire and the assessor refuses to authorize the repair as the bic was not damaged during the fire???? TO add insult to injury, I have been advised that their policy does not cover consequential loss and this after their appointed contractors are failing to provide up to standard work??? I HAVE LITERALLY HAD TO BEG, SCREAM AND SHOUT for the house to reach some level of inhabitation and I am extremely disappointed in the poor service and handling of this claim which has added to the trauma of losing everything in a fire my family which includes my 83 year old mother and I suffered!!! Very unempathetic!!!
