No update and no show

Mr S Ntloko lodged a claim with the Home loan insurance back in August 2025 to get the cupboards fixed as they are wrecked after a water leakage from the sink inside the cupboards. The bank/home loan insurance has made multiple empty promises to come and fix but to date there is no progress and the situation is getting worse. The client has been consistent and paying both bond and insurance timely for this kind of inconvenience.
