Inexperienced Contractors sent by SB Insurance

Clain Number - Claim number 23/078328.

I had reported a pipe leak which is causing severe water loss at my property on 22/09/2023. SB insurance advised someone would come out on 23/09/2023. Contractor came out and forgot to bring gas leaking detection equipment and demanded the excess money to which we did not pay. Contractor advised he would come out on 25/09/2023 but did not pitch up.

This was the long weekend and our plans were hampered due to inexperienced contractors sent out by SB insurance.

I tried making contact with SB insurance 25th 26th 27th September and to date no reply has been received.
