Do not opt for Standard bank when buying property.

I would never recommend anyone to get the property with Standard Bank, rather you opt for a different bank. I have a property with Standard Bank and have had difficulties with paying my bond( couldn't reach the needed installment since it kept on increasing monthly). I opted to sell the house through EASYSELL and to my surprise the interest rates still app**** even when the house was on sale.

So basically they want me to lose and drown in debt while all the money goes to them and I get nothing in return, But now seems like no one is willing to assist on the account I am now being told by an EasySell agent that the amount of the house is too high I need to negotiate reduction balance. I am pushed to reduce the selling amount so they can get rid of me and my family while I take upon huge shortfalls.
