Disappointed customer

This department of standard bank is letting the whole departments down, i have never seen this kind of customer service, I bank with standard bank and for them to provide us with such is soooo disappointing, they are letting the whole of standard bank downnnnn how pathetic!!!They do not answer emails, neither do they answer phonecalls, this cannot be acceptable at all to standard bank, something needs to be done with this department.They are never available when you need them.
