Credit life insurance

trust you are well,I have submitted my second insurance claim to Standard Bank Protea Glen Mall on 22-09-2022 I have not yet heard back from them.

I don't have any reference number from them I don't knw way forward, I have submitted requested documents affidavit and my ID copy attached are the documents submitted my ID .
