Company Homeloan document never received since purchase

Due to the fact that I do not have access to the company bond or insurance documents for the property owned by my company, I would be grateful if the bank could send me those details, along with the password on how to access the documents, as soon as possible. I have asked the private banker and standard bank home loans department before with zero success.
