Claim pending since September due to Standard Bank incompetence

Standard Bank Insurance is a ****, the fact that I have submitted a claim with the bank in September for house break and after the plumbing and building contractors has assessed the property of the damages still no feedback regarding the progress or approval for repairs. I don’t have water since September until today and count with help from the best bank. Every week I call the bank to have feedback with a respond that the are escalating the issue and will call me back with feedback which already used to the lair by now. Hope tomorrow I will get to speak to their senior who is tired of lying to customer and actually give me feedback and way forward with the claim
