Bad service

Worst service ever!!! First all the never keep you updated regarding your claims. They put you on hold until you get cut off by airtime. They are so unprofessional. I spoke to one of the consultant and she told me my claim was approved and she will send me further information via email. I then called to make a follow up since I did not receive any information, a different consultant told my that my claim is not approved, I asked to speak to the team leader she then put me on hold until I got cut off. I called again later then a different consultant told me that my claim is approved. Their teamleader called me later on to tell me that the claim is not approved. I find this very unprofessional and disrespectful.
