Bad service

I have a complaint regarding a claim I loaded a claim for my roof that was leaking they sent contacters and they advise it's poor workman ship I bought this house like this that standard Bank financed now they telling me about poor workman ship I need my roof fixed my kids are getting sick due to leaking roof on a bond we are paying so much for and Standard Bank can not fix my roof iv been paying insurance when we have a problem there is always a issue seem as if this company looks for something not to fix the problem such bad service I hope my issue can be resolved ASAP
