Bad service

I logged a claim with Std Bank home loan insurance over 48 hours ago, received a claim number. Next morning logged another claim via the online system as no one contacted me, received another claim no. Tried to phone them a few times to follow up, was on hold for over 7 mins then hung up both times. Emailed the complaints dept, been over 25 hours no response. Eventually had to find and pay a company to fix my geyser as had no hot water for 2 days. So I pay Std bank monthly over R800 for household insurance and they don't help me when help is needed. Seems a waste of money. Definitely going to look at canceling my policy ASAP.
