Poor service from F&N Attorneys

Good day,

Standard bank handed over my personal loan account to F&N Attorneys and I'm not happy with their services. They not professional and every time if they did incorrect instruction in my account . They blame Standard Bank instead of helping me. I need help from Standard Bank to move my account bank to them and I will commit to pay as I been paying. Standard Bank please help me and remove myself from these unprofessional Attorneys who put Standard Bank name very badly.
