What a terrible company to use, we had a fire in our oven, they were quick to come out and pull out the oven whilst checking the oven they damaged the element which they had to replace of course we had to pay for it, added a sensor put the oven back and left, we have only used the oven twice since May because it trips the whole house's electrics and now we cannot get them back to check the problem even though they do have a Guarantee on their invoice, they just don't return, and they never gave us a COC, so not so professional
