Quality Issues

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I bought some underwear at the Calvin Klein shop in Hyde Park Johannesburg South Africa, please see attached. After wearing these I noticed a change of color on the underwear and I haven't even washed these, this is clearly a quality control issue. I went to the branch of purchase and I explained everything to the shop assistant hoping that I will get an exchange, without even asking me an insinuation was made that I have washed these with some kind chemical, I told her that's not true.

In turn the shop assistant informed me that they will reach out to head office. After a while the shop assistant informs that the office is not willing to exchange the items. I then asked if I could speak to someone from head office. I spoke to Gerald and explained my situation and his response was that the reason of discoloration was because they came in contact wit some chemicals. I told him that is not the case because I haven't washed the items, he completely dismissed this. This left me extremely frustrated and unheard as no one is willing to assist.
