Don't trust friends who has construction businesses

Beware of friends that want to do jobs for you. Stan asked me for a job. I trusted him.. Paid him and his son in full. He finds all excuses and will never accept blame and responsibility.. It's always me to blame if he can't finish his job. He was meant to install a bulkhead which he didn't do. Don't trust Stan Potgieter.. Taken my money and no job completed.
