Empty promises!

It has been 2 months now since we have been waiting for our order. Every time that we ask can we see our design for our stamps then there are been excuses made. We have asked the lady to send us the Waybill as she told us that she has couriered it without our approval of the design. But still there is no prove of the Waybill.
