Stallion Tipping Service doesn't honour guarantee

Stallion Tipping Service provided a guaranteed winning Pick6 bet on 02/10/2015 at Fairview for R5000 with a maximum outlay of R2500. So Guarantee was R7500. Refund was to be done 1hr after bet lost. Until now no refund was made and a lot of excuses and tried to force me to take another bet. He's a big **** and *****.
