The learnership offered by the company is a total **** and heart breaking experience.You always get short paid,pay queries ain't followed up,the staff(supervisioners,area managers etc.)are unfriendly and put the lives of 18-26 year citizens at risk with the dangerous sites and unpleasant work conditions.The contract signed up employment is a lie as the agreements ain't meet.
