Selling off contracts

A while ago, a salesman approached my store, Pioneer DJ Institute. 45 Van Riebeeck, Edenvale

The salesman was desperate for the sale, promosing me the same rate for a better security company.

The salesman was desperate and even borrowed money from me, he was persistant in selling me the 'better security option after the 3rd day of him visiting me i actually felt sorry for the salesman after he told me his story: (He was very poor, he and his wife and kid stayed in a church up the road.)

I then took the option of going with Stallion security.

I signed a contract, unfortunately i did not read the fine print, i was signing for a number of years.

My business is now relocating to Kempton Park (an area Stallion does not work in) and i am expected to pay: R5104 for the cancellation.

MY ISSUE:

1. Do not send desperate salesman to walk around and do sales

2. I now have to pay a cancellation fee because Stallion does not work in the area that i am moving to

3. After a couple months my security went from R299 as promosied to R392.65

Regards

Elster ********** 112
