POOR Site and HQ Support when required

Poor Senior Staff on Site at my Estate in Waterfall City / Midrand JHB (She will not attend to a matter contravening estate rules. I reported this twice in one afternoon waling my dog from one end to another). When asking her why nothing is being done, I got a response back that she is too busy. So i needed to escalate this. I then contacting your main offices on *** to speak to senior management after you staff on site ignored my request, and I could not get hold of our estate manager. I spoke to the manager called "Clarense" in the end, he said he would come to site and discuss the matter with me and the staff member (the same evening) to resolve. Even asked for my number to phone when he arrives. After 2,5 hours of waiting I phoned your offices again to follow up. Your manager "Clarense" then tells me that he did not come to site, and also did not see the need to phone me out on common courtesy to cancel our appointment. He also said he is too busy to deal with my call. He have many other sites and I'm not a priority. He handed it over to another site senior called Victor. Victor not being a HQ person at all. Not sure how he would attend to this? Clearly the valued of your vision and mission statements does not apply to all in your business. "Act with Urgency" being one of them. I am shocked at the service. Not what I recall Stallion Security to be!
