Money debited from my bankaccount without services

I had requested a quote from this company and I accepted not knowing that I will get bad service before I even start working with them. When their technician was supposed to install a system in my shop,,, after coming late for an appointment, he told me he couldn't park in town and that I must pay for his parking. He phoned the office and they told me the only way they can stay and do the work is if I pay parking for him. I then refused. They left without installing it. I spoke to a lady at their offices and told her I wanted to rather cancel the deal. She agreed and told me that wouldn't be a problem. A rep also called me 5 days after that and I told him I have decided to cancel. I am surprised now to see that they have debited over a R1000 from my bank account?? What for? Can I please get my money back. I don't have your system. I decided to go with another company
