Incorrect Call out Charges and Poor Service
6 months ago my alarm siren gets triggered off even when my alarm is completely disarmed and send a signal to Stallion control room. Stallion sent a technician on site to check out who insisted its a battery problem, he replaced the battery and charges a call out fee totally to R763.80. The problem was not fixed and stallion was called back the next day which then they said it's their radio transmitter which has gone faulty. The transmitter was replaced and problem solved. I told the technician to reverse out the charges on the previous day's invoice as it was clearly not the battery problem, he said he will talk to the office and then left. Recently, I've decided to switch to Chubb as Stallion does not patrol my area anymore contrary to what they promised me when I signed up. Then they presented me with this outstanding callout charges and demand payment. Numerous emails were sent to them explaining what happend, but all those were ignored and threatens me to pay! In my notice month, my radio was removed on the 13th Nov without any prior arranging with me, while I paid for the full notice month, and they actually removed my new chubb radio without asking! Shockingly POOR Service !
