Heavy Delayed Response

<p>I am a single woman living alone. I thought that someone was trying to gain access through my front door, so i pushed the panic button.. Stallion took 25 Minutes to arrive at my house. I phoned the controll room and spoke to Duma who then had to call the guard to find out where he is. The gaurd eventually stoped here that came from caraglen. I do not expect them to have people everywhere, but waiting 25min for arrival of a grued is rediculous!</p>
