Complete incompetence, bad service
<p>I live in what is deemed a secure complex with perimeter walls, 24 hour guards that work for Stallion Security, security fence in Country View Gardens. I experienced an unfortunate situation on Tuesday 25th at 3:00 am. An intruder tried to enter into my house, my door was damaged.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I reported the matter to the Stallion Security Manager I was told there is nothing he can do because he only 3 people during a shift. I thought a big company like Stallion Security with a number of years of experience behind them they should have the capacity to support me when my livelihood is threatened. </p> <p>He further told me to beef my own security in and around the house as it my responsibility to care of my own safety and that I live in a high risk area. My house was seen as a target because I didn't have ADT sign in the front. I don't understand why I need to have another contract with security company when we already have guards on site.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager didn't take any responsibility for what happened instead he made the situation look like it was my fault. The incident happened at 3am but the manager only came through to do proper investigation at 12 midday. He didn't have any concept of customer service no whatsoever. We are paying for a service, we should get a our money's worth.</p> <p> </p> <p>A very disappointed customer. Charlotte</p>
