Absolutely useless. These guys are trained to act when a ******* happens but today they just sat in the car and recorded a video of ******s leaving The Digital Experience at Fourways Crossing. They are supposed to act when this happens. They are supposed to be trained, to be helpful, to react but today nothing happened. They are geared for this type of events but they are useless and watched as The Digital Experience was ******

When responding to a situation our teams are trained to understand the threat level to both themselves and innocent bystanders.
Our team took the decision not to engage with the perpetrators due to the threat of a shootout in a very busy center taking place and the potential of innocent shoppers and bystanders being injured or killed,
