BAD SERVICE - DO NOT SIGN UP

I write this after 2 years of bad service. Basic story, many failed promises. With still some months to go before the 24 months contract expires, I have eventually decided to cancel my service opting with CPA 20 days notice. I made the relevant payment and instructed them to come and remove their system (as per contract). I have advised them that access cannot be provided post the end of January (within the 20 days business notice). Guess what ... nobody has come to collect. I write out of frustration as on their contract it stipulates that if they don't collect I have to pay a once off fee. This is totally unacceptable. <br> <br> PS all managers are always out / sick / resigned or on leave. Don't even bother.<br> <br> All prospective customers, please, please, I warn you. They are the most frustrating company to try and deal with, even when YOU the customer follow the contract terms.<br> <br> PS there panic turn around is terrible and they don't always come in emergencies.
