Bad attitude

I'm disappointed with one of the services I received from one of your guys Thabo Khumalo a security guard at Alberton city. I work here at Àlberton city and it was 17:56 he wouldn't let me inside the mall telling me that they close early but his friend came from house and home came after me and he opened the door for him . Poor service and favouritism. He was also very rude and has attitude. You must give that guy re training. He must me taught customer service
