Unprofessional

Extremely disappointing I have been a client for a year now recently I app**** for debt review and an email was sent to station finance to stop all debt orders with immediate effect but still they debt my account so the debt review company advised them to refund the loans and email was then sent to me stating that a refund will be paid out on Friday the 7th Feb 2020 up till date no refund I then called station finance and then I was told that there will not b a refund as the documentation was submitted late. Now my argument is why send a email confirming a refund?
