Un-authorized Debit Order Deduction

I paid my last loan installment at the end of January 2020. The R195-00 for the "black card" was however still deducted from my Bank Account at the end of February. When I was there in December the Consultant assured me that the deduction for the card will be cancelled with the last loan installment in January.

I am now battling to get a refund for the R195-00.
