Station Finance - ********** Deductions, Lack of Professionalism. Please Beware!

Like other complainants the first loan was a breeze, application, approval and repayments were on point. However, the second loan over 6 months has been an absolute nightmare and still not resolved. The first month I was debited 3 times all based and blamed on System calculations and automated processes beyond their control which I dismissed although not happy I wanted the repayment to be done asap. On my last repayment in August they contacted me via email and sms to ask if I would like another loan which I rejected. September another debit order went off my account, I emailed, sent messages via sms and spoke to Leroy regarding the reversal. There has been a refund processed but short of the amount debited, I have asked for a statement of account and informed Leroy of the ******* activity on their part to date I have not had any response from Station Finance. I have sent all correspondence to the Manager - Andrew they seem to lack Administrative ability but quite happy to collect your money when it suits them! Hope this sparks a response as I made it clear I would also report them to the Ombudsman.
