Station finance app**** for a loan on ********** documents

I recently checked my credit report and I found out that a company called station finance is accusing me of applying for a loan with them last 2017 when I called to found out on the 24/04/2018 as I know nothing about the loan and requesting for the contract that I signed and the documents that I handed in when applying for the loan according to them they said I should contact their lawyers mr van die marve I did call their contact center on ********** 421 they said there is nothing showing on their record I called them back they can't give me the contract and that I reliable to pay ,,,,.its clear that there is ***** that this company is doing my question is how did they even process application coz they never contacted me as it is the first hearing about this company ..please help me i need my name cleared
