BULL**** COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

I app**** for a 3 month loan and was informed that I can get the funds immediately when I take the Legal Eagle Membership which is an additional R195.00 along with the loan installment, to which I was also informed that I can cancel the membership anytime after the loan has been repaid. By informing then a month in advance. The loan has been repaid and Cancellation request has been sent through yet they still deducted the R195.00 after I've sent them multiple emails,and still they deducted. I have sent multiple emails and also called in many many times speaking to their very unprofessional sarcastic rude branch manger ANDREW MATTHEYS who keeps on telling me his waiting on head office and no communication if I don't call. I requested my money to be paid back this Friday 06/09/19 still nothing.

This company is a **** ! I want my money back .when asking for head office number you get told they are not allowed to give it to me.........

I will be taking further legal action if this does not get resolved quickly !!
