<div>As an owner builder I needed to install a balustrade on a retaining wall. I had various quotes and also did some research on the net. I did a drawing and sent it to Stainless Design and was impressed with the cost, advice and personal attention to detail. As somebody with an engineering back ground and my own business it was refreshing to find a company with people who cared so much about the product they were selling. It’s no mean feat to produce something that the average DIY individual can install with confidence. Craig Sauls was attentive to a fault and was genuinely concerned that a product that left their factory should give the user a great experience. Advice was given on material selection, design, installation and all questions and support was forthcoming both prior to the install and during. Very refreshing to find a company with such a great culture and I can strongly recommend. My saving on this project was close to 50% or R18000.</div>
