Worst building contractor ever

In less than a year from doing renovations on our house, floors are cracked, paving is cracked and pulling up, braai room sagged by 50mm and now 18 months later complete roof must be redone. There’s more but it’s too much. I have photos of everything but the contractor isn’t even bothered by it. He now operates out of Tzaneen with his father after moving from Somerset West before lockdown 2020.
