Poor service

I have a business online and on the 23 sept 2019 I ordered two dresses for my client with this company, I send them 60 emails, until now i did not get a tracking number for the two dresses and no service, every day they come up with some excuses, then the dress is on pre-sale and then the address is in a remote area, they can not deliver the dress by express shipping, and my client must receive the two dresses before the 21 october, so I really getting mad with this company, I will not order from them again.
