Poor service at Stages Restaurant at the JHB Zoo

We visited the JHB Zoo on saturday,10 August 2019.We orderd drinks which included amongst others 3 slush puppies and one milkshake.All ariived in plastic cups with lids except the milkshake,i inquired from waiter and was told there is no lids.I asked for it to be changed to the slush puppie container and was told they cant by manager.So happened my 5 year old dropped his milkshake and i had to buy another one,but this time it came in a slush puppie container.This is bad service on the restaurants side for refusing us initially and providing a second time,meaning paying twice(one that fell and replacement one)..
