Poor Service

I order heels for a bodybuilding competition. The Website gives you a measurement chart which was probably done with a flat foot. The shoes I ordered has a platform. They are 1 size too small. the site said it will take 4 weeks, 6 -8 i start asking for them to cancel the order, they don't respond. after I wrote a couple of time, they eventually answer. The shoes eventually arrived, now I asked them to take it back. It 3 weeks still no response. I paid R1500. this is wrong.
