When did I become a client of stage zero? Show me where I signed?
I have been with Vox for over 4 years, suddenly Stage Zero tries to debit my account for payment of a rented UPS. I had never heard of them before. Now I am getting monthly billing from them when I used to have an uneventful monthly payment with Vox. I have never knowingly chosen to be a client of Stage Zero and never signed a contract with them. I never authorised my personal details to be handed over to them - definitely not my banking details. They harass you and never respond to emails. How can a person become a client of a company without ever signing paperwork? I think this is disgusting. I am trying to return this stupid UPS and get this company that I never wanted to be a part of out of my life for good.
