VOX and STAGE ZERO DISHONEST CONDUCT

I had unauthorised Debit Orders going off from June that I returned as just that Unauthorised. Then I got a call from a lady at stage Zero to say that I need to pay the arrear installments.

I had no Invoices, No notification of merger. So I decided to pay the 2 installments due as I have a 12 Month contract. I sent a email to *** with the POP requesting them to close the account, as I paid all upfront, and to sent me a Paid up letter.

Today I was contacted again on the 25/9 to say that my new instalment is due. And that I don't owe the UPS it will never be owned by me. That the contact with a definite start date and a Definite end date is actually a rental. And that I will never owe the device. And to my knowledge this device is mine, as the contact say 12 Months and even the last statement I got said closing balance. If this is the case, Vox had deliberately, deceived me. And how many other clients. I would never pay that amount for something that is not mine. And continue to pay for it for years and years and years.

I want all my money back, if that is the case. And Vox Or Stage what ever can take their devise. If this is not sored out asap, I will go to the CPA, Ombudsman, I have already handed this to our attorney, And all cost and fees will be for the VOX/Zero Merger. If there is any one else this has happened to please get in contact with me.

As this is definitely a dishonest way to get money from clients. And the worst part is we have businesses that has been with Vox for years. Maybe it is time to rethink all those Business relationships with them.
