Useless service

Bunch of useless idiots, cancelled my agreement that wasn't even with them but with vox with a months notice, the suddenly the cancellation amounts differ from person to person and still the unit is not collected, I am charging them for storage now as it is on my property but not my responsibility anymore and it is my right to do so and gave them fair warning about daily storage charge.
