Useless customer support
I have been enquiring to take over the installation at a house that we are purchasing, and so far the customer support has been so terrible that I'm considering rather not having solar than having to deal with this support team. It honestly feels like we are talking to AI with the generic responses that we're getting and nothing is getting resolved.
