To Whom It May Concern

To Whom It May Concern. I would like to acknowledge Mr Tyrique Mare for the exceptional customer experience that he had provided. He portrayed professionalism and patience asking for information to assist accordingly. As much as it was on a social media platform (WhatsApp) he kept the wait time to a bare minimum. A good response time.

Well done sir, keep up the first class customer service standard that results in a WOW and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Kudos to you Mr Tyrique Mare.
