STAGE ZERO & VOX ignores the POPI ACT

These people do not have contracts with a person. They hide under there partner (neighbours) , Vox’s, contracts. I cancelled my contract with Vox, because I relocated. Now STAGE ZERO keeps on harassing me to make payments for services that I did not use. They state I was supposed to cancel with them, (resulting in them harassing me with legal action.) How can I cancel a contract if I do not have one? They say that the contract with Vox relates to them, …..so I cancelled my contract with Vox …. I asked them many times for a copy of the contract and a signed mandate for a debit order, which of course they can not provide If I can give you any advice …. DO NOT BE CAUGHT WITH YOUR VOX CONTRACT …. They are in cahoots with STAGE ZERO. VOX ignores the POPI ACT, and give your info to their neighbours, (STAGE ZERO) and if you open your eyes, you supposedly have an account with them ……
