Stage Zero Threats

We have been with this company since 2023 when Vox ups services switched to Stage Zero, I've had minimal issues with them. Until it came to cancellation of the contract.

We cancelled with a 30 days notice after we purchased our own UPS as such we didn't reactivate the debit order by confirming the debit order mandate and rather paid our monthly fee manually via EFT, as such there was a bounce fee of about R30 which had to be paid with our final payment for the cancellation which equates in total to R115.

And then i start getting threats from Stage Zero a day after the 30 days notice that I'm going to be listed with the credit bureau and given a penalty for early contract breach, this after i gave my 30 days notice and am due to pay the R115.
