Stage Zero support is lacking
The after sales support is really lacking. I had to send follow up emails and multiple phone calls and I am still awaiting a helpful response. When I order the product I received it in 2 days but now when I need a replacement product I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks and nobody can tell me what the status of this order is.
