Stage Zero Pathetic, stay away

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I cancelled my service in June 2024. they harassed me for a new debit order. then they promised to pick up the device (UPS), on the date they gave me I took a day's leave, waited the whole day no one arrived. Then they billed me for non-return of stock R500.00. I paid the invoice. Now in 2025, I'm getting e-mails saying that my debit order has been returned and i must make a new debit order arrangement. I mailed them and they say I must call the accounts department to lodge a query. This is totally messed up, harassing and time consuming. Stay away from these guys
